Because your satisfaction is our most appreciated value, Sayak Jewellery is committed to checking the quality of the product before it is delivered to you. However, if you experience one the following situations the return policy will apply exclusively as follow:

DAMAGED PRODUCT DUE TO SHIPPING

Although the product is packed with extreme caution and protection, in the unlikely event of the product being damaged/broken due to shipping, please email us the same day of receiving the product with a description of the issue.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Every single product is thoroughly checked against workmanship defects. A product is considered defective if any or all of the conditions below is applicable to the item:

  • If product breaks due to casting alloy. The breakage will be visible and should not be caused by the incorrect use/handling/storage of the product.
  • One or all of the beads or gemstones are unglued

Please note that return policy does not apply to broken, scratched or bent items when the defect was accidentally or intentionally produced by the Customer. Some materials such as sponge coral are very sensitive and fragile. Please follow the warnings provided for each product.

 All defective products will be replaced within 5-10 working days. If the returned piece is no longer in stock, we will either:

  • replace it with another product (based on your approval by email). Please note that the difference in price will be requested from you or refunded to your nominated account.
  • Refund you with the full amount to your nominated account.

Return policy will not apply after this time frame specified by SAYAK Jewellery.

Sayak Jewellery will not process any refund once an order has been placed.
