Although the product is packed with extreme caution and protection, in the unlikely event of the product been damaged/broken due to shipping please contact me the same day of receiving the product either via e-mail or call me.
Every single product is thoroughly checked against workmanship defects. A product is considered defective if any or all of the conditions below is applicable to the item:
Please note that return policy does not apply to broken, scratched or bent items when the defect was accidentally or intentionally produced by the Customer. Some materials such as sponge coral are very sensitive and fragile. Please follow the warnings provided for each product.
The defective product must be sent to the below address within 14 days of you receiving it with a copy of your purchase receipt so we can send you a new one. SAYAK Jewellery will refund the costs of your postage to your nominated account. Please note that you need to provide me with the tracking number.
